Below, you'll find all the information you need to be fully prepared for the conference.

Setting Up & Breaking Down

Exhibit tables will be located in the Madero room, main meeting space and break area.

Set-up on Friday, March 3 from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Breakdown on Sunday, March 5 at 12:00 pm (your booth must be removed no later than 1:30 PM)

Standard Booth Package

Presenting Sponsors receive (2) 6ft. skirted tables (black in a prominent position)

Diamond, Platinum, Gold & Silver Sponsors receive (1) 6ft skirted table

(1) Black & white sign with company name

Complimentary WiFi Access

If you are including any items in the conference bags, please send 200 pieces to Epilepsy Foundation Central & South Texas, 8601 Village Dr., Ste. 220, San Antonio, TX, Attn: TPNNC by February 27, 2023.
